We hand craft ultra-healthy, traditionally baked goods in WA. Our bread has been produced in Fremantle since 1981, the bakery to promote healthy living based on fresh wholegrain breads.
The traditional range of more than 40 loaves, including Sour Dough, Rye/Wupper, Spelt and Barley breads, organic breads, bread-mixes and flours, gluten-free cookies, bread crumbs, rolls, and even pizza bases are developed around the concept of positive health outcomes and good gut health.
