The Cookie Method

At The Cookie Method, we freshly-bake oversized cookies inspired by nostalgic desserts and comfort flavours (the usual suspects - oreo, nutella, caramel and the unusual - lemon curd, crunchy nut cereal, turkish delight) with a rotating menu (e.g cherry ripe) featuring a limited time combination.
After experimenting with over 50 kilos of flour and countless recipe variations, every element has been carefully tested and refined to achieve the perfect balance of texture, flavour and freshness — from crisp edges to soft, gooey centres. Each cookie is baked in small batches and designed for indulging, gifting, sharing, or just the perfect weekend treat.
