Smol Bakery
Smol Bakery is a teeny-tiny dessert studio in St James, WA, born from a big love of baking. We craft small-batch financiers, cookies, and canelés in irresistible fusion flavours, using only the good stuff — free-range eggs, Pepe Saya cultured butter, Maldon sea salt, and luxe chocolates from Valrhona, Callebaut, and Hunted + Gathered. Every bake is made in small batches for simple, honest, big-flavour magic.
